Sarah O’Kelley Hicks

Sarah O’Kelley Hicks was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Communication & Information Sciences and Dance from the University of Alabama, graduating cum laude in 2019, before receiving her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2022. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2024.
 

Sarah knew early on that she wanted to build a career as a real estate closing attorney, and a college course on Public Relations and the Law confirmed that she had found the right path. Today, she enjoys guiding customers through one of life’s biggest milestones by helping them feel informed, prepared, and confident throughout the closing process.
 

Known for being thorough, knowledgeable, and accessible, Sarah believes great customer service begins with communication. She encourages customers to ask questions early and often, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported long before they reach the closing table. Sarah’s favorite part of practicing real estate law is building genuine relationships with customers and real estate agents. She believes every closing is an opportunity to create lasting connections while helping customers confidently begin their next chapter.
 

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, running, taking walks outdoors, needlepointing, and traveling.
