Chloe E. Bonds
Chloe Bonds was born and raised in Buford, Georgia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics with an emphasis in Public Policy and a minor in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2022 before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law in 2025. During law school, Chloe was a member of both Law Review and Mock Trial. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in the fall of 2025. After beginning her legal career in civil litigation and residential real estate in Dalton, Georgia, Chloe was excited to return to the metro Atlanta area to focus on residential real estate law full-time.
Chloe jokes that she became an attorney because she was always good at arguing, but her passion for helping others navigate important moments in life is what truly led her to the profession. She enjoys guiding customers through one of the biggest milestones they’ll experience, taking the time to answer questions, provide clarity, and make the closing process feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her advice to every customer is simple: communication is key.
Growing up with both parents in real estate—and now a brother who is also a licensed real estate agent—Chloe has a deep appreciation for the dedication agents bring to every transaction. She understands the long hours, constant communication, and hard work required to get customers to the closing table. Known for being lively, enthusiastic, and personable, Chloe strives to be a trusted resource for both agents and customer, keeping everyone informed and supported from contract to closing.
Outside the office, Chloe enjoys reading, especially the latest pick from her book club.
