Maxine Desir

Originally from Elizabeth, New Jersey, Maxine Desir brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping others to her practice of real estate law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude from Florida International University in 2016, before earning her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2020. During law school, Maxine was actively involved in the Latin Association and Federalist Society and gained valuable legal experience through pro bono externships with Dade Legal Aid and in private civil litigation.
 
Inspired by her grandparents’ pursuit of the American Dream, Maxine understands the significance of helping individuals and families achieve their goals. She finds the most rewarding part of real estate law at the closing table, especially when helping first-time homebuyers celebrate such an important milestone. Known for being intelligent, caring, and attentive, Maxine is committed to providing a smooth, informative, and memorable closing experience for every customer.
 
Maxine believes communication and genuine care are the foundation of exceptional customer service. She takes pride in guiding customers through each step of the closing process, protecting their interests, and ensuring they feel confident throughout their transaction. Outside of the office, Maxine enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s sporting events. She also values her multicultural background and the perspective gained from being part of a three-language household.
