Allison Kammeraad grew up in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia in 2016 before graduating cum laude from The Charleston School of Law with her Juris Doctor in 2019. During law school, Allison served as a teaching assistant for first-year Legal Research and Writing courses, was a member of the Moot Court Board, served as Chairperson of the Honor Council, and was Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Charleston Law Review. She was also selected as a student member of the James L. Petigru Inn of Court. Allison was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2019, and the State Bar of South Carolina in 2021. She is a member of the Real Property Section and Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.

Allison was inspired to become an attorney because of her desire to help people through some of life’s most stressful milestones. She especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers feel confident and excited as they take the final step toward homeownership. Known for being bubbly, approachable, and compassionate, Allison takes pride in creating a closing experience that is organized, efficient, and as stress-free as possible.

Allison believes every customer deserves to feel informed and supported throughout the process. While real estate professionals handle transactions every day, she understands that many customers only experience buying or selling a home a few times in their lives. She takes the time to explain the details, answer questions, and provide reassurance so customers can look back on their closing as a positive milestone.

Outside the office, Allison enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with their two dogs, and getting lost in a good book. She also enjoys deep-sea fishing in tropical destinations and recently caught her first Roosterfish while fishing in Costa Rica.
