Jonathan M. Steele

Jonathan Steele is a Georgia-licensed attorney who brings a practical and analytical approach to helping clients navigate complex legal and business matters. Having grown up in North Georgia, Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia that same year. Before law school, he graduated from Emory University with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Mathematics and Economics.
 
Jonathan focuses his practice on business, real estate, and construction matters, and also advises clients on estate planning. He advises business owners with their formation, governance, contracts and transactions, and represents clients in commercial and residential real estate and construction matters. Whether structuring a business transaction, guiding a purchase and sale, or negotiating a lease or construction agreement, Jonathan enjoys working through complex issues and developing solutions tailored to his clients’ goals.
 
Jonathan believes effective legal representation requires looking beyond the immediate issue to the broader legal, financial, and practical consequences of a client’s decisions. He provides candid advice and careful planning, including telling clients what they need to hear rather than simply what they want to hear. His hands-on approach gives clients a consistent point of contact while helping identify potential problems before they become costly.

Outside of work, Jonathan delights in Appalachia, his family, and the Bible.
