Samantha Mogavero

Samantha Mogavero was born in New York and raised in New Jersey before relocating to Florida during her childhood. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2022, where she earned dual degrees in Criminology and Psychology. In 2025, Sam received her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2026.
 

Sam was inspired to pursue a career in law after interning at the Fort Pierce District Attorney’s Office, where she had the opportunity to shadow an attorney and see firsthand the impact lawyers can have on people’s lives. Today, she enjoys helping customers navigate the real estate process by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping them feel confident during one of life’s biggest milestones.
 

Known for being patient, organized, and dependable, Sam believes no question is too small. She encourages customers to ask questions throughout the process and strives to make every person feel comfortable, informed, and heard from contract to closing.
 

Outside the office, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors, spending time with friends, and trying new restaurants. Something that surprises people about her: despite all her strengths, chocolate is still her biggest weakness.
