Charles K. Knowles
Kris Knowles joined O’Kelley & Sorohan as an attorney in 2015, focusing his practice on residential real estate transactions and title issues. He enjoys helping customers navigate one of life’s biggest milestones and takes pride in providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and reliable solutions throughout the closing process.
Kris earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude in 2010. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2013, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review. Kris was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2013 and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Section and the Young Lawyers Division.
Kris’s approach to customer service is rooted in listening, empathy, and being responsive to his customers’ needs. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers or families purchasing their dream home, he values the opportunity to help solve problems and provide solutions during an important moment in their lives. He encourages customers to reach out with questions or concerns at any point during the process, knowing that communication is key to a successful closing.
Outside of the office, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and playing golf.
