Ashleigh B. Smith

Ashleigh Smith is from the small town of Jersey, Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2022, graduating cum laude. During law school, Ashleigh received the 2020 Judicial Clerkship Fellowship Award and served as Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2022.
 

Ashleigh’s passion for the law began while observing Mental Health Court as part of a college psychology project. Seeing the positive impact the legal system could have on people’s lives inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to serving others. Today, she enjoys helping customers navigate one of life’s biggest milestones by making the real estate closing process simple, understandable, and enjoyable. Whether she’s assisting a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or a family selling their home, Ashleigh is committed to helping every customer feel confident throughout the transaction.
 

Known for being compassionate, meticulous, and approachable, Ashleigh believes customer service is about bringing a personal touch to what can often feel like a transactional process. She encourages every customer to protect their investment by purchasing an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy and takes pride in creating a closing experience that is informative, welcoming, and stress-free.
 

Outside the office, Ashleigh enjoys gardening, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time at the lake with family and friends. When she’s not in the closing room, she’s just as likely to trade her heels for adventure—riding dirt bikes, stand-up jet skis, or wake surfing.
