Emma Van Sertima

Originally from Queens, Emma Van Sertima brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to residential real estate closings. Licensed in both Georgia and New York and a 2024 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Emma is known for her thorough communication, attention to detail, and ability to make complex processes feel simple and comfortable for her clients. In addition to her real estate practice, she also has a background working in medical malpractice defense, giving her a well-rounded legal perspective and strong analytical foundation.

Inspired by her mother’s career in real estate, Emma developed a passion for the industry early on and enjoys helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, painting, exploring new foods, and spending time outdoors enjoying Georgia’s nature and community events.
