Amy H. Bogartz

With more than 25 years of legal experience, Amy Bogartz brings a diverse background in corporate law, litigation, and estate planning to her practice. After spending many years as Associate General Counsel for a manufacturing company in Gainesville, Georgia, Amy gained extensive experience handling corporate matters, contracts, product safety reviews, and complex legal issues. She has also practiced with a large Atlanta-area law firm, served as a Fulton County Superior Court law clerk, and taught Advanced Legal Writing as an adjunct faculty member at Georgia State University College of Law for more than ten years.

Amy is passionate about helping customers prepare for the future through thoughtful estate planning and compassionate guidance. She understands the importance of establishing a plan for life’s uncertainties and works closely with customers throughout the estate planning and probate process. Known for being knowledgeable, caring, and solution-driven, Amy takes pride in providing clear answers, practical solutions, and peace of mind during important life transitions.

Amy earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing pickleball, reading, hiking, swimming, and volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Amy currently lives in Big Canoe, where she enjoys the beauty and lifestyle of mountain living.
