Paul A. Hager

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Paul Hager brings decades of legal experience and a strong foundation in business and real estate law to his practice. He graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting before earning his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University in 1990. Paul later earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Emory University in 1992. He is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia Bar and the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.
Paul is passionate about helping customers navigate real estate transactions by being a trusted source of guidance, comfort, and solutions. Known for his genuine care and commitment to service, he takes pride in helping customers feel supported throughout the closing process. He believes every transaction can come with unexpected challenges and encourages customers to approach each situation with patience, knowing there are often solutions along the way.
With a focus on reducing stress and creating a positive experience, Paul strives to make every closing smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching college sports, working in the yard, and learning about history and geopolitics. Paul has been married since 1998 and has three grown children. He is also known for his love of pizza and ice cream—a fun detail that often surprises those who know him.
