Kelly G. Crow
Kelly Crow was born in Buffalo, New York, and spent her childhood living in Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, and Indiana before eventually settling in Atlanta after law school. Her legal career has taken her throughout Georgia and South Carolina, including several years practicing real estate law while living on Hilton Head Island and in Greenville. Kelly joined O’Kelley & Sorohan in 2012, first working in the firm’s REO Department before transitioning to the Commercial Real Estate Department, where she handles commercial closings and title matters throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
Although people often joked that she’d make a great attorney because she loved a good debate, Kelly discovered what truly drew her to the profession was her love of problem-solving. Today, she enjoys helping customers bring commercial real estate transactions to the finish line and hearing the stories behind the businesses, investments, and opportunities that brought them there.
Known for being thorough, zealous, and diligent, Kelly believes the best customer service comes from finding solutions. Whether she’s working through a complex title issue or collaborating with title underwriters, she takes pride in thinking creatively to overcome challenges that might otherwise stall a transaction. One piece of advice she always shares with commercial buyers is to make the most of the due diligence period, ensuring the property truly meets their needs before moving forward.
Outside the office, Kelly enjoys boating and traveling across the country to visit friends and family. A fun fact that often surprises people is that she moved frequently growing up—not because she was part of a military family, but because her father worked for General Motors.
