Brittany M. Hatchett

Brittany Hatchett was born and raised in Woodstock, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Computer Technology and Applications from the University of Alabama in 2018 before receiving her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, Florida, in 2021. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2025.

Although Brittany originally planned to pursue a career in medicine, everything changed after taking an introductory criminal justice course in college. She quickly realized the legal profession was where she was meant to be. Today, she enjoys helping customer’s navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives by making the closing process less intimidating through education, communication, and reassurance. She wants every customer to leave the closing table feeling confident, excited, and knowing they have someone they can continue to rely on long after closing day.

Known for being dependable, determined, and resourceful, Brittany believes exceptional customer service begins with empathy. She understands that every customer has a unique story and takes the time to listen, answer questions, and provide personalized support while maintaining fairness and professionalism throughout every transaction.

Outside the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Jordan, their pets Russell and Recon, and family and friends. Whether she’s traveling, spending the day at the lake, cheering on the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park, trying a new local restaurant, cooking at home, or hitting the golf course, she’s always up for her next adventure. A fun fact that often surprises people: she grew up restoring classic Mustangs with her dad and even installed the engine and transmission in a 1968 Mustang GT 428 Cobra Jet four-speed race car as her senior project.
