Lloyd Jean
Lloyd Jean is a first-generation American, born and raised in Miami, Florida to Caribbean parents. He served eight years in the U.S. Air Force, earning a Political Science degree from Fort Valley State University in 2018. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2023 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar shortly after.
Lloyd has built a broad legal foundation in intellectual property, business formation, corporate governance, and consumer defense. He now brings his experience and client-focused approach to the O’Kelley & Sorohan team, specializing in real estate matters.
Jamie O. Stricklen
Jamie Stricklen was born and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science, from Mercer University in 2022. Jamie went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2025. Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Max, and their basset hound, Walter. She also loves traveling—especially trips to New York City to catch the latest Broadway shows.
Addison L. Mecredy
Addison Mecredy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Addison graduated Cum Laude from Mercer University in 2022 where she majored in History with minors in English and Law and Public Policy. In 2025, Addison received her Juris Doctor from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. Addison was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2025.
Ashleigh B. Smith
Ashleigh Smith is from the small town of Jersey, Georgia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with dual degrees, B.A. in Criminal Justice and B.S. Psychology. In 2022, Ashleigh graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. While in law school, she was awarded the 2020 Judicial Clerkship Fellowship Award and served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property.
Raissa Rolim
Raissa Rolim was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and possesses extensive international experience, having lived in Portugal and Bahrain (United Arab Emirates) before moving to the United States in 2023 to pursue a Master of Law. She is a dual-licensed lawyer, having earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2019 and passed the Brazilian Bar in the same year. In 2024, she completed her Master of Law at the University of Georgia, which qualified her to sit for the Georgia Bar exam, which she successfully passed in February 2025. Today, Raissa is excited to join the Georgia practice of real estate law.
Jack W. Greer
Jack Greer was born and raised in Dunwoody, Georgia. He graduated from Clemson University in 2021 where he majored Business Management. In 2024, Jack received his Juris Doctor Elon University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2025. He looks forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Dana M. VanDerHeyden
Dana VanDerHeyden was born and raised in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Dana graduated from Clemson University in 2021, where she majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies. In 2024, Dana received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2025. Dana works in the firm’s wills, trusts, and probate department.
Sherynda L. Patrick
Sherynda Patrick is a native of Atlanta and has practiced Law within the State of Georgia since 2010. Sherynda graduated from Georgia State University in 2007 where she majored in English with a Literature focus. In 2010, Sherynda received her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
Sherynda primarily focuses her practice within Real Estate Law and has extensive experience conducting real estate acquisitions, dispositions, title review & clearance. Sherynda’s prior experience includes representing consumers and small companies in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy filings. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughters.

Brittany Hatchett Brittany Hatchett was born and raised in Woodstock, Georgia. Brittany graduated from The University of Alabama in 2018 where she majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Computer Tech and Applications. In 2021, Brittany received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, Florida. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2025.
Patrick Matthews
Patrick Matthews was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. Patrick graduated from Kennesaw State in 2019 where he majored in Business Administration. In 2024, Patrick received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. He looks forward to combining his passion for both business and real estate in his career as a real estate attorney.
