Mr. Callahan is an attorney in the firm’s Builder Services Group. He is responsible for conducting real estate closings and title clearance matters for the practice group.
Mr. Callahan was raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2006 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Political Science and Sociology. While at UNCG, he was on the Dean’s List, and participated as a Board Member for the North Carolina Omicron Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Mr. Callahan earned his Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2015. While at NCCU Law, he served as a student volunteer for the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Low-Income Taxpayer Clinics. Mr. Callahan subsequently studied at the Center for Transactional Law and Practice at Emory University School of Law, earning his Master of Laws degree in 2016.
Mr. Callahan is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia (2016). In addition, he is a member of the Georgia Bar’s Real Property Law Section, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
